Ck 45 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the ck 45 website, mobile application, or any other digital platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply equally to all Bangladeshi users. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. ck 45 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions are applicable in conjunction with ck 45's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policymust be read together, as these three documents collectively form our complete user agreement. Where any ambiguity exists in these Terms, ck 45's interpretation shall be final. Use of this platform by minors (under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited, and age verification is mandatory at the time of registration.

Every user must adhere to the following responsibilities while using the ck 45 platform. You must ensure that you are eligible to use this platform under applicable Bangladeshi law and that you are not accessing it from a restricted jurisdiction. Every bet or transaction must be made using your own funds and at your own discretion — using another person's money or credit card is strictly prohibited. You may not exploit any technical flaw or vulnerability on the platform; if you discover one, you are required to report it to the support team immediately.

All users must maintain respectful and civil conduct when interacting with others on the platform. Threats, insults, discriminatory remarks, or any form of harassment are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. No ck 45 staff member or representative will ever ask for your password or banking details — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately.

All financial transactions on the ck 45 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh and approved payment gateways. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are detailed on the platform's payments page. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some methods may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take 1–5 business days to process.

If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, ck 45 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and report it to the relevant authorities for further investigation. Transferring or selling funds held in a user's account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If a transaction is completed using incorrect information, ck 45 will attempt to cancel it and return the funds; however, a full refund cannot always be guaranteed due to limitations imposed by third-party payment providers.

Ck 45 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Registered users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notification, and the effective date of the changes will be clearly stated. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
